At Gursey Schneider, PM2net's mission was to fortify safety and operational efficiency through a Security Enhancement Project. We aimed to customize security solutions for each location, seamlessly integrated advanced technologies, and ensured operational continuity. Gursey Schneider, operating across diverse locations, including Century City Fox, El Segundo, Encino, Irvine, and San Francisco, faced significant challenges with their existing security infrastructure. This included tailored interventions to bolster access control, provide power resilience, and optimize surveillance capabilities. PM2net partnered with Verkada to provide access control badge readers and cameras, aiding Gursey Schneider in addressing vulnerabilities, mitigating unauthorized activities, and enhancing overall security measures. Leveraging Verkada's advanced technology, PM2net was committed to delivering comprehensive solutions that contributed to a more secure and protected environment for Gursey Schneider and its stakeholders.

Assessment Phase

During the assessment phase, each location's existing security infrastructure was thoroughly evaluated, focusing on identifying specific vulnerabilities and areas for improvement. Following this assessment, customized solutions were developed for each site, ensuring alignment with client-specific security requirements and objectives.

Procurement and Implementation Phase

The next phase involved procuring equipment from Verkada such as badge readers, data drops, cameras, and related components. The acquired equipment was installed, with meticulous implementation of badge readers, data drops, and cameras at designated locations. Configuration efforts included setting up data drops with battery backup to ensure an uninterrupted power supply. Furthermore, Verkada badge readers and cameras were integrated into a centralized monitoring system to facilitate streamlined control. Comprehensive testing was carried out to ensure the functionality and effectiveness of the installed security measures. Any identified issues were promptly addressed, and configurations were fine-tuned to optimize performance. 

Training and Documentation Phase

In the training and documentation phase, relevant personnel were provided with training sessions on the operation and maintenance of the upgraded security infrastructure. Detailed instructions and guidelines were documented for future reference. To ensure ongoing security, monitoring protocols were implemented to identify and address any emerging issues.
